Yo la llevo haciendo una semana y solo he comido carne y pescado y clara de huevo, y yo no he perdido grasa subcutanea apenas. Me estoy preparando para los bomberos y mi entrenamiento es intensisimo y muy variado, asi que supongo que mi quema de grasas debereda de ser muy re1pida, la voy a seguir una semana mas y si no veo resultados la cambiare.
