Nasel jsem si, ze pro udrzeni dobre kondice by mel clovek ujit 10 000 kroku. Nosim krokomer kazdy den a kdyz mam prumerny den, tedy seim v kanclu nebo jedu nekam autem, byvam vecer na hodnote kolem 2 500 kroku pouha 1/4, aby pak clovek nebyl shnily, ze? Staci hodinova prochazka a jsem kolem 8 000, za hodinu a pul sviznym (aerobnim) krokem hrave pres 10 000 a mam skvely pocit. Jako zaminku na prochazku mam ted vyjizdky s kocarkem s nasi malou dcerkou, je to dobre pro ni i pro me.No a zdrava vyziva je konicek moji zeny smazene jsem nevidel ani nepamatuju :-D
